OnlineHelp does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We track only the minimum needed for login and security.
Cookies we use

What we DON'T use
- Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other tracking tools
- Advertising cookies
- Affiliate / referral tracking
- Heat-mapping (Hotjar / FullStory)
Third parties
When paying, Stripe Checkout opens (a separate page) which uses its own cookies for fraud detection. Their policy is at stripe.com/cookies-policy.
How to disable
Essential cookies are required to sign in. If you disable them in your browser, you won't be able to sign in. Functional cookies (visitor_email) can be cleared via your browser:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Site settings → onlinehelp.vercel.app → Clear data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy → Cookies and Site Data
